Our Process
Discovery
To kick things off, we’ll run an informal workshop so we can really get to know each other, with key members of both teams involved. No stone is left unturned – we’ll get under the skin of your business, discuss design inspiration, understand your objectives and needs – and come armed with solutions right from the get go.
Design
We’ll create a unique design style that’ll run the whole way through the website, bringing it to life via a series of core pages. In the journey from initial presentation to finished article, there’ll be multiple opportunities for you to feed back and help shape the outcome.
Build
Down to the nitty gritty. Our in-house development team work their magic to bring the designs, agreed functionality and integrations to life in one life-changing website. The quality of our designs are only matched by the user friendliness of the CMS (Content Management Systems) – whether WordPress or Shopify.
Delivery
Testing, testing, 1, 2, 3… Once it’s built, we’ll test the site internally twice over – making sure it’s completely bug free and ready to fly. Then it’s over to you to test and populate ready for the go live phase.

Throughout the whole journey, you’ll have your very own dedicated Account Manager keeping everything ship shape.
