How a Shopify project takes shape
Once we’ve agreed the scope, cost and timeline, we bring your team together for a kick-off workshop. We’ll get clear on your customers, products, brand and how the store needs to work for the people running it. From there, we plan the shopping journey and design the key pages for your review.
Once the designs are agreed, we build the store in Shopify. While that’s happening, your team can prepare product information, imagery and other content, and decide what should come across from an existing site. We’ll agree who is responsible for adding content and managing the migration as part of the project scope. Then we test the key shopping journeys before launch, with ongoing support available afterwards.
