Given their wide array of IT services, simplifying navigation was also crucial, ensuring information was easily digestible without overwhelming users.
Cyan Solutions also emphasised the importance of showcasing their team, viewing their people as a key asset that the new site needed to highlight in terms of expertise and approachability. In a competitive IT market, differentiating themselves was another vital objective. They sought a website that reflected their progressive and professional yet personable character.
Beyond user experience, seamless integration with their Pipedrive CRM system was a key requirement for efficient lead management. Future-proofing was also important, with the need for a scalable and easy to manage website allowing their team to update content as they grew. Cyan Solutions also wanted to retain their existing brand colours and icons within a sleek, modern design.

To change that, we applied new team headshots, fresh, consistent, and warm photography that introduced a welcoming and personal element. Embedded video content was integrated to showcase Cyan’s company culture, services, and the people behind them, significantly enhancing site engagement.
Furthermore, the strategic use of genuine team photography, rather than generic stock images, was prioritised to build trust and reinforce Cyan’s authentic brand identity. The resulting impact was a brand presentation that felt more human, relatable, and ultimately, more approachable.
