Realise I probably should have brought more food in to the office today.

Prioritise! Start with the important and/or complicated stuff and get it done.

I try to start as I mean to go on – with plenty of energy and a plan of action.
What do you love most about your day?
Chatting to new people and finding out about the amazing things they’re doing. It’s very inspiring.
What’s your least favourite part of the day?
Waiting for the water to boil.
Top stress-busting tip?
Don’t get stressed in the first place.
What’s on your desk right now?
Water, tea, client briefs, Macbook, notebook and more post-it notes than is probably sensible.
Do you listen to music/the radio/podcasts etc during the day?
I have the radio on for the commute and then there are usually some banging tunes playing in the office.

Someone’s house playlist is on the Sonos.

Every day is different. I need to hone my pool skills.

A scroll through Pinterest never fails to inspire.

When I’m happy with what I’ve achieved and not running the risk of getting a fine from nursery!
