We’ve got big ambitions at Giant Peach. In just a few short years, we’ve grown from a business founded in a spare bedroom to one with clients all over the country, with household names on our roster and an envy-inducing little black book.

We’re looking for a hungry, ambitious and fearless new member of the team who will get stuck in straight away. You’ll be responsible for generating new business leads; building relationships with potential new clients, introducing them to the wonderful world of Giant Peach and nurturing them through various means and methods.

You’ll spend a lot of time on the phone, networking and spreading the word – which means an outgoing personality is essential. Working alongside the wider marketing and sales team, you’ll ensure they’re supported and regularly updated.

At Giant Peach, there is always scope for progression, and you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop your skills.

You will be:

  • Swiftly following up on inbound new business enquiries and create face to face meetings and business opportunities
  • Researching specific markets and identifying potential clients to establish and maintain strategic relationships
  • Generating business leads and following up on sales opportunities
  • Attending where relevant industry and networking events to draw new organisations into our pipeline
  • Supporting the Marketing Director on the distribution of content

You will need to be:

  • A confident and effective communicator
  • Very proactive and a self-starter
  • Have a built-in ability to see the bigger picture
  • Be savvy when it comes to identifying opportunities and connections – recognising the avenues these can come from and planning ahead to ensure they are capitalised on
  • Have a natural ability to build relationships with a friendly and approachable demeanour
  • Have previous new business or recruitment experience
  • Have a proven track record
  • Well organised with experience of using CRM systems

You will be based at Peach HQ in Wiltshire with regular trips to London and rewarded with an excellent package.

Typical working hours are:
Mon – Thurs / 8:30 – 5
Fri / 9 – 3
