Giant Peach Are A Living Wage Employer

Since our conception in 2005, Giant Peach has been committed to creating a company founded on ethical and moral values. We wanted to create a company that not only did great work but supported its clients in their mission to make the world a better place.

Continuing on this journey means making further commitments to sustainability, the planet and our people, beginning today with our commitment to being a Living Wage Employer.

Living Wage Employer

Our Living Wage commitment will see each employee receive a minimum hourly wage of £9.50 in the UK or £10.85 in London. Both rates are significantly higher than the government minimum for over 23s, which currently stands at £8.91 per hour.

Giant Peach is based in the South West, a region where over a fifth of all jobs (20%) pay less than the real Living Wage – around 456,000 jobs. Despite this, we have committed to pay the real Living Wage and deliver a fair day’s pay for a hard day’s work.

It is not only large organisations who will change the world, but the thousands of small independent businesses and start-ups hidden away in homes and workspaces across the country.
